Bad, Avoid, Not Recommended. No customer service, no response to emails, no way to cancel an order. I ordered items, was informed they would ship next day. Five minutes later an email tells me the books are back ordered. Two weeks later I have no response to multiple emails requesting estimated ship date or cancellation confirmation. Poor service, horrible, avoid at all costs. -5 stars

I was scheduled to take an exam with pearson. After arriving 15 minutes late for a 3 hour exam, I was told they I was too late and they would email to reschedule the exam with me. The personnel stated they would help me so I can take the exam at a later date. They never emailed me back only to find out that they gave me a status of ‘no show’ even though I was there ready to take my exam. I paid 600 for my exam I am trying to call them back now. They don’t pick up the phone and they have bad customer service and support team who are clueless and unqualified to do their job. Do not go here if you have to take an exam. Parking is expensive also and it is a long walk. If you want to waste your money go to the Hoboken testing center. If you do they will most likely screw up your exam results. Virtual exams seem to be the better option nowadays.

Ordered a book from here to be mailed overnight over a week ago. Never received it and its impossible to speak with an agent. Thanks to them i'm missing loads of class work and still no book. Avoid if you can!
