Paid 20 for the premium wash. My 2 year old would have cleaned my car better. The parking lot looks disgusting. Employees were nice though only reason leaving 2 stars.

I have a monthly subscription for their premium services; I have a been a customer for 3 yes, first 2 zip service were great now equipment always broken. Soap not dispensing.. having to driver thru wash 2 or 3 times. I may take my money to Gates.

This is what we received for $25.00 this afternoon around 5:10. We'd ordered our dinner from the Fabulous Ship 2 Shore and having a 20 minute wait we mistakenly utilized the time to pay $25.00 to get our Sequoia cleaned - apparently the only thing that got cleaned was our pocket of $25.00. We didn't immediately return to the carwash as we wished to eat the freshly made hot dinner we ordered and not face another potential 10 minute wait locating an attendant as we did upon arriving to move the barricade blocking entry to the unattended auto car wash. A look at the pictures I am sharing will show the "value" offered for their advertised "Get it all ceramic.." which the sign entering advertised $20.00 - not the $25.00 paid at the terminal.
