I bought parts at O’Reillys and regretted doing so. One part purchase turned into 5 trips to the store. I was sold 2 sets of front rotors for 1 truck and 2 sets of brake pads for another. I was also sold the wrong rotors for that same truck. All on the same sale. They would not correct their mistake by phone unless I made a 5 th trip to their store. Even though they had corrected one of the other mistakes by phone. I can understand if mistakes occur but this is beyond that. Even after explaining my horrible experience with their staff I was treated rudely by the manager in charge. I would not recommend purchasing anything from O’Reillys if you value your time because O’Reillys clearly does not value their customers.
