I am not sure My mom pays about 600 for a studio. It depends on her income if she might be eligible for assistance. The rent is all you pay. There are no utilities to pay. Gates close at dark and everyone check in before 10AM, or someone will check to make sure they aren't sick or fallen. My mom loves it. She has been there almost 11yrs.

I only been here a week all I did is apply for a application they can mail it to you or email it to you you just fill it out put all your information make copies of what they need mail it to them they will call you and I had my apartment six weeks after I did my application
