My room was so nice! The environment was very welcoming and clean! The manager Jason helped with our reservation and he was super polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel has many unique qualities and amenities. The location was very close to Liberty University, which was great for visiting our friends who currently attend. Each room has a kitchenette inside, which allowed us to make and store food accordingly. The hotel advertises as “smoke free,” but that is not the case. There were cigarette holes in the blanket, walls, and curtains. The hallways and elevator smelled terribly of marijuana. The lights in the room were also very dim, the sunlight outside was much brighter than most of the lights in the actual room. The water pressure in the shower was also very low. It took a while for us to wash ourselves thoroughly. We will likely return to Lynchburg again, but we’re unsure if the Extended Stay America will be our hotel in the future.

Positive: I met Shelly in the front desk, and she was very attentive, and she helped me check in, she answered all my questions, and fulfilled all my requests. In particular, I asked to set up a Morning call I know there are alarm in the room that can be set by mys Negative: There's a picture on the wall that's so ugly. I recommended to hang some pictures with gentle colors of joy, pictures that make people happy
