I use it as a secondary gym when the YMCA isn’t open. (YMCA’s hours of operation sucks). Limited in equipment and space but it’s never busy when I’m there and that’s what I enjoy the most. Some of my next workouts have been here late night. 5 stars , no issues

Love love love this gym. Not busy at all which makes for a more confident workout. A little slim in terms of equipment but they have all the basics covered. At a fair price, this has to be in my top 5 recommended gyms in Lynchburg.

Had a contract dispute with them and originally left a poor review, but they were honest and corrected the issue. For that I am leaving a positive review. The gym itself is clean and is the only 24 hour gym in Lynchburg where I don't feel like I'm going to get mugged as I'm walking out. It's as good as you'll find for the price.

I have been going to cornerstone fitness for several years now and love it! The atmosphere here is much more chill than most gyms. Way less intimidating. (And because of the smaller size of the gym there tend to be a lot less creeps in the gym that us ladies have to worry about) I would highly recommend you check them out!
