Well let's see so far the worst bank I've ever had and I've only gotten 1 of my checks deposited so far, so it didn't take long... Saturday October 1st 2022 I went into the bank to get a new card because I couldn't find my card from when I first started my account. I had just changed my direct deposit info over and haven't even swiped my card before fraud transactions had already started to occur. After doing some investigation of my own I learned that community first on Saturday Oct 1st at the same time I was there had double printed my card and gave it to some other lady and she didn't realize it. I had went to a pharmacy where it showed my card was used, the pharmacist had called the lady on her phone and asked her to remove the card from her wallet to verify the card, and she read my name out loud, so I had a physical copy and she had a physical copy of the exact same card and number. And said she just replaced her card on same Saturday as me at the same location as me. Now it's a big problem. To me that this bank just gave someone a copy of my card. I've already paid for this lady to go out to eat, buy her groceries, and paid for her medicine. Y'all need to get it together! Highly upset and currently just considering a new bank already. Ridiculous!

Hi, Charles. There is not a waiting period for online transfers from share to share. All transfers done through Online Banking, in a branch, at an ATM, via Info24, or by phone are all done immediately. When you click on your checking account, you should see the transaction in your transaction history, as well as an updated balance for that account. Hello! Yes, all of our branches have a night deposit box. Also, you can do a mobile deposit (of a check) 24/7 using our Mobile app.
It is usually $500 unless otherwise specified. It should be in in the disclosure you received when opening your account, if you have access to that at all. If the ATM or the debit card network are offline for some reason, the limit may drops to $100. We hope this helps!
