I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and never have had a issue. In fact, I’ve referred several people here because the customer service has always been so pleasant. Recently, and unfortunately I’ve had a life changing event happen. I had a complete ACL tear and 2 bulging disc in my lower back that have had me in severe pain and I’ve been referred to pain management by my surgeon at Jacksonville orthopedic institute. I will under go surgery August 17th to replace my ACL which will require me to be out of work 2/3 months and 4/6 months of therapy. I find it very insulting ever since I’ve been prescribed pain medication the good people of Publix now suddenly treat me rude, disrespectful, and like I’m a drug fein waiting on my next fix. I will have you know I’m a outstanding citizen of my community, I am a mother, a wife, and a government employee where I have worked for 7 years and am a supervisor where I mentor and help the citizens of Jacksonville everyday. Do better Publix pharmacy staff ! Not everyone is trying to get high ! Trust me I wish I never had this life changing event take place where I am in pain everyday. But unfortunately accidents happen. I hope you and your family never go through any type of pain and are judge. I will be switching to a private local pharmacy that deserves my business.

They talk to you on the phone with attitude, they give you your prescription with attitude. They need a crew change for sure.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I will not be returning. At least to this location. Over the past 6 months they have repeatedly put in my insurance wrong, lied about my insurance declining my prescription, told me it's my problem my doctor didn't send my prescriptions in right and that I had to fix it myself, failed to call me several times to inform me that my prescription was not being filled for whatever reason they had that day, allowed other customers to harass me and verbally attack me in front of them, verbally attacked me themselves multiple times, given me attitudes EVERY TIME I've gone in there, and lied to me about not getting my refill request on top of not calling me to tel me why the refill was declined. I'm 7 months pregnant at this point and diabetic, they tried to tell me to go with out my meds for a few days because my insurance being billed wrong was my problem not theirs ( note, they had an old insurance from a year ago and never put in my new insurance after coming in several times for prescription refills and being given the new insurance EVERY TIME). I've never received an apology for any of this...unbelievable. Do not go here.
