Not everyone is a mechanic or knows what they're doing and they do a good job of making you feel kind of stupid asking questions. Just because you work at an auto parts store doesn't give you the right to be snotty to people who genuinely dont know about vehicles. I saw the good reviews and thats why I went here, sorry I did. Someone tell the tall brunette she isn't the queen of the world just because she's a chick at an auto parts store.
