Normally pretty happy with this truck wash but not this morning (3am). They’ve got one bay open and five trucks in line with one person washing trucks. I can understand if they’re short staffed (Let’s go Brandon!) but their other washer is cleaning the closed bay. If the manager had half a brain he’d have all the guys working on the trucks to get them through and then then put them on cleaning the closed bay when there’s not a line. I chalk this one up to poor customer service and incompetence of the manager.

The Best Leathers

My experience here was not good. First the outside vacuum got my money but didn't work. The guy in charge told me that i was going to get refunded, but i never did. Then, he wanted $160 for a trailer washout that lasted 5 extra minutes from a normal wash. Also, I timed it and he added 2 extra minutes. my timer said 11 minutes plus, not 14 minutes. Normally it costs about $45. He apologized for the miscalculation. The owner of this Blue beacon should be doing a washout of this employee. Whoever goes there please make sure they are not playing tricks on you.
