I talk to him over a year ago about my heater going out and my air conditioner didn’t work because of it. Over the phone he taught me how to bypass the heater board until I got it replaced.So my air conditioner would work. I took my heater to him just recently. I was fortunate enough to catch him at his shop he fixed it in about 30 minutes by putting a new board in. I brought it back to my camper and it worked perfectly once I change the fuse in the thermostat. I can’t say enough good things about his customer service very grateful
