I'm Grateful, to GOD for having a place like this I could come to in a Time of Need. I became homeless all of a sudden a few days ago; I've heard about this place and was very appreciative of them, without intricate details of my "situation ", opening their doors to me. Thanks I hope to make the most of my stay

They do help you but you get treated like an inmate

It's a place to shower eat and stay out of bad weather.staff is very nice of treated respectfully.

I would call St. Vincent's CARES. They have family shelters.

How do you qualify to be in this shelter? And Do you guys help with getting people's lives back on track in any way like getting I'd health card bus cards job leads resume building? Please help!! I have been looking for places all over.

Just go there and they will admit you and yes they have programs that will help you with health insurance and your ID and such but it takes a couple of days once you're there. They'll set you an appointment with a counselor. Good luck!
