I gave it 3 visits and then I called it quits. I had some fillings done during which one of the tools fell on the ground and they picked it up “sanitized” it next to me then continued using it! 😳Some fillings didn’t get sealed all the way making my teeth really sensitive having to go back and have him fix it. Then I got a cleaning…. It was the most painful awful cleaning I have ever had in my life. I was so thankful when she was finally done.. I almost thought about walking out because I mentioned a few times how it was hurting really bad. Not to mention I have a very high pain tolerance. Then my teeth were flossed by sticking the floss in between my teeth, then pulling the whole strand out each time which resulted in so much floss getting stuck in my teeth I was honestly laughing. The floride got all over my lips and outside mouth which made a white film and was dry and sticky… I thought I was supposed to leave a cleaning feeling nice and refreshed, not in pain feeling gross with sticky film all over my face. This office just seems like a very amateur office doesn’t seem like you need a lot of experience to work there due to all the issues.. There was some scheduling conflicts with the work that was being done. But I gave an extra star because the staff was very nice! … ill just never let them touch my teeth again. 😅

Took me 68 years to find a dental office like this.Very professional yet warm,caring,funny and understanding of individual needs.Dr. Chuck is amazing along with every member of his staff,Sasha...all the girls full of personality plus.Thank you to all.

The dentist I saw was very friendly and right to the point. The rest of the office is ok. Communication was an issue. I was taken back 45 minutes after my appointment time ( new patient) when I scheduled the appointment I verified that it would be for cleaning but when I got there I was told it was only the initial screening. Then I had to schedule 2 different appointments 1 for the cleaning and 1 for the treatment. They could not be scheduled for the dame visit. Didn't feel very welcomed, just like another patient to be seen and checked out.
