I've never met such a condescending, unhelpful sales representative. No matter what I asked he appeared to not know the answer or couldn't be bothered. For example, when I changed my mind and asked for a screen protector, instead of "sure let me get that for you", he tells me, "I asked if you wanted one before and you said no". I should have asked for a refund and gone to another store. Only one other customer was in the store.

I just want to say that Nicole from is best retail sales representative I’ve ever had. She was super friendly, patient and helped us with everything we wanted. I hope she stay there for a long time because I definitely want to get back with her. 100% recommended.

Turned away by manager, Mike after being told to come to this corporate store by Verizon Tech Support. Evidently, you’ve got to book an appointment, even if they’ve NO customers in the store and 3 staff members. Submitting this review using their wifi as my cell data coverage is terrible, going out completely since December. There was another customer in the store with the same issue - they also turned him away. He’s sitting in the store, like me, on hold with Customer Service. Before I left, there were two other customers who came out complaining they could not purchase a new device without an appointment - they’re turning away existing customers trying to upgrade to a new device! Isn’t that why they pay their marketing team, to transfer to Verizon or Upgrade? When I asked Mike where the nearest Verizon store was that could accept me without an appointment, he told me of a location in Tampa (another city from me). AT&T is across the street - when I mentioned that to Mike, he told me “OK, go on ahead” [and transfer to a competitor]. Why is this store being referred to us?

Horrible customer service!! I "ran over"to this Verizon store because for 3 days I had not been getting service on a phone I pay almost $100/month for. I had been in the store a few minutes before I was acknowledged! As a manager in customer service this was irritating to say the least! When they finally did "welcome" me in, I was put on a waiting list. Which I never received service for, because after an HOUR and 7min of standing there, I had to leave because I had to go back to work! Absolutely will NOT be returning to this store!

Is this is Verizon "Corporte" store?

No - this store is one of the largest in Florida owned by CELLULAR SALES. They claim a lot, but my experiences with this company and their overly aggressive commission sales reps has been such that I will only go to corporate stores in the future. Maybe you'll luck out and get a good one, but after dismal service from four separate stores owned by this company, not once walking away feeling good and always having to have Verizon corporate fix an issue that wasn't solved or was created by the visit - I've given up on this company and say "Don't waste your time here!!!"

Perhaps that was during a period when they (Verizon) were holding a promotion of some kind with conditions...currently, I know of no such 'deal' ...

My spouse died. How do I put the bill in my name, and remove his line from the bill?

It'll depend on who the main account holder was. If it was your spouse, you have to do a transfer of responsibility. You'll open an account in your name with the same number. They'll want a death certificate and proof that you're the executor of the estate in order to close the account.
