Stopped in Friday morning on the way out of town around 9:45 am to look at a used mower I saw posted the day before on Facebook, which apparently resulted in over 35 messages according to the Salesman in the first office who couldn't pull himself away from his phone long enough to greet us or say hi. I Asked for help at the parts counter since "Mr I cant figure out my cell phone" didn't want to talk and after several minutes he said the other salesman was in service with a customer and would be up in a few. After several more minutes he arrived only to say both the used mowers are sold. I told him I sent a message last night stating I would be by this morning to look he said sorry they sold this morning. I've been in Commercial Truck Sales for 25 years I've never seen a sales staff is HORRIBLE! They didn't ask my name get my number see if they could offer a different mower or perhaps direct me to one of their other locations, it appears Heritage has several locations. As competitive of a world we live in today when someone takes the time to stop to your facility the very least you can do is welcome them and thank them for stopping by. NOPE not at this place. NOPE wont every being buying a mower from Heritage.

We do offer pickup and delivery of equipment for service within a defined radius of our stores. Our teams also deliver new equipment when requested. Any pickup or delivery services are subject to a fee.
To order parts, you can visit a store, call our parts department, or order online through our Virtual Parts Counter at MyHeritageTractor.com. We carry John Deere OEM parts and A&I aftermarket parts for your John Deere and most other major equipment lines.
Yes, we can perform select maintenance and services. We're not able to perform warrantable work for non-John Deere equipment. For specific units and concerns, contact your Heritage Tractor service manager and they can provide more details and pricing
