When the refrigerator we purchased stopped working after about 3 weeks, they came right out to fix it, and when they couldn't fix it, they immediately replaced it with a new one! Steve & his family were just great !! I went into their shop in a blind panic because our washer broke down right before a major trip out of town,and I was stuck with so much laundry to finish.He was able to arrange his schedule to come over the same day, and not only figure out the problem but actually fixed it as well. What a lifesaver !!! He was really kind & willing to show me everything he did . We're are so grateful

I stopped in here out of curiosity after getting my haircut at Atlantic Waves a few doors down..spoke with Kathy about a couple of washer/dryers I might need down the road for my rental home..funny thing, a week later my washer died at my house and purchased one here..Steven delivered and installed the new one..very courteous, knowledgeable, and confident in their products..this was a very nice experience for my wife and myself..thank you!!!
