Yes, we take Florida Blue and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ. We are in-network providers with both of those providers and are out of network with a number of other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

We used to have a treatment dog that came in with our clinical director, but the dog passed and our clinical director is no longer with Serenity Springs ;(

Our inpatient and outpatient are basically sliding scale, but the scale depends on whether or not we have scholarship treatment plans available. We also over payment plans and are working with a financial assistance program to help those that can not afford any cost of their program.

Our success rate is 100% for those that work a complete, thorough and honest program and take action on ALL the suggestions we give them along with using the spiritual toolkit that we practice on a daily basis in our program. Success rate is not really an accurate measurement, no matter what any program tells you, however we do know that our brand of recovery is second to none for any addiction and our success rate is very high for those that are serious about their recovery.

Our men's residential is now a 20 bed facility with two buildings at 1555 Cow Creek Road. That is just for our inpatient male clients. We also have clients that live at home and commute to our facility in Edgewater, FL every day and stay with the group for all group and individual recovery exercises. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is available to men and women and the max group size is 15.

Serenity Springs Clinical Team works in conjunction with loved ones throughout the entire treatment duration of clients stay in the residential treatment program. Family visits typically occur right around the 30-day mark; however, because Serenity Springs initiates a high focus on individual client care; family visits are subject to be different for loved ones. The disease of addiction, unfortunately, affects both the dependent individual and family/loved ones. As a result, Serenity Springs Recovery Center's treatment team works to ensure residential clients and loved ones are clinically ready to see each other before visitation can begin. The Serenity Springs family program includes classes by a licensed clinician on the Cow Creek campus for family members. The program consists of participating in education and training classes before visitation with admitted loved one; ensuring that all participants who are burdened by the problems of addiction, leave with the solution of recovery.
