Delayed package due to animal interference. It was an apartment mail drop box. There is no animal. Called their number and I got put on hold for over an hour before I gave up.

I went in to the Post Office wanting to renew my old passport. I found out that getting a new passport would take 8 or so weeks due to Covid, and that was not quick enough for my upcoming trip, even with the expedited renewal. I talked to the most helpful worker named Renee, who worked with me on my options. She got in touch with the Senator's office to help me set up an appointment for an in person passport renewal (which only takes one day). I am so grateful for her help, she saved me so much time and stress!

Why is old lady so incredibly rude? She barks orders in a rude tone from the first interaction to the last, and she refuses to assist in any way possible. I have no idea why she thought it was okay to take her frustration out on me, I was the only customer at the time, I was there for roughly ten minutes total, and I was polite to her.

Who ever worked passport on 2/25 at 12:02 is EXTREMELY rude. When I went on 2/12 I was told it would take 8 business days from that day (2/12) to receive my birth certificate back for obtaining a passport. After 9 days I called because it is an important document. When calling the lady at the passport desk told me I would not receive it until AFTER my passport came in, in April. When I informed her I was told it would be 8 business days from the day I went she told me that was not her problem and I would not be getting it until after. I’m sorry what? It is COVID times I have a job but most jobs require ones birth certificate as proof and I do not have that now. When I informed her I may need it in the future before April and asked what I should do she again stated that it was not her problem and told me I could pay $15 for a new one but it would be pointless. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful. Once I obtain my passport and my document you can believe I will NEVER be back there again.

If the address is north of 19th St, visit the post office at 645 vermont. If South of 19th visit the post office off 31st st. Clerks can issue a key for the cluster box. Since it's a new development, I believe there's no fee for the key. Just show ID.
The parcel locker should be on a pedestal next to your mailbox assuming you are in a cluster box. There are 2 big lockers per pedestal that are the boxes for parcels.
