Very rude. Went in to open an account. The teller was very friendly but asked me to wait for the person who opened accounts. This person was having a personal conversation with someone for about 10 minutes, then proceeded to take a phone call that came in while I was waiting. So after about 15 minutes of sitting there I was then told O couldn't open an account because it was 2 close to closing time. I explained that I had been waiting for awhile and she became very rude so I walked out and went to Great American Bank who promptly opened an account for me!

I had same problem call the branch on kasold and 15th

Why am I being asked to have another password for my on line banking. I have trouble remembering the one I have and do not want another one. Please let me bypass this and keep the one I have. Thank you.
