I’ve been coming to Senza Pelo for 14 years now, the service I needed was electrolysis. I was treating some hairs in the chin area. I made a break of a few years as the hair did not grow back. It’s the only permanent method of hair removal. While the same hair did not grow back, I noticed others in the same area. I made an appointment with Maria this time. The technician I was seeing left the place which I was sad. However, I met Maria today, the owner , and I cannot say how happy I was. Not only she treated all the hairs, even the ones I was not seeing with naked eye , but her approach to me as a client exceeded my expectations. She was very nice and communicated with me like with a friend , very open and involved in the conversation. I am so picky when I get services done and I wish I met more people like Maria. Thank you for an awesome service and a great experience, I’ll definitely come back! I also want to mention that this time I went to the Scottsdale location , which is way closer to me!

Great place, great people. Gina and Jeff are my personal favorites, they do great work. The hair I'm having removed is taking a bit, but it's actually not coming back, which is very promising. :)
