Julio, Amazon sales through 3rd party its not always UPS if you noticed that the shipper sends you a message that the item is ready for shipping but actually is not ready and ships 2 or 3 days later after you get the notification.

Well if you have his name I would call UPS and let them know about it and let them know they should be responsible to fix this if you have video or pictures of it it would be a big help but that's what I would do I would contact ups and let them know they are responsible to fix this hope that helps

I don't think so. The delivery notice they'll leave you if delivery was attempted would have proper info for you to pick up at the center.

If your pkg was shipped "surepost" Ups picked it up and handed it off for delivery by USPS. USPS will deliver when they get to it. Good luck. I never use suepost for this reason. Choose UPS ground and pay more money.
