Horrible service. One girl looked at me, said nothing and crouched down behind one of the counters in the kitchen. This place is ridiculous! Do not waste your time.

This was literally the worst Burger King I've ever been to In My Life None of the bathroom stalls had toilet paper there was diarrhea floating in one of the toilets, there are huge trash cans in the bathroom that touch your bottom when you sit on the toilet. every surface of this restaurant was sticky, the fries were raw, the beverage machine was out of almost every option the sandwiches were not made correctly and none of the employees were friendly. I could not wait to get out of there I was afraid to touch anything. My family and I didn't even finish our meals we were happy to leave.

One of The most horrific places to go to.. let alone eat there. Stay away from this place. This BK used to be a good place to stop on travels.. now you might catch a decease just by walking in🥴

I would have given 0 stars if that was possible. I was traveling with family on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I placed an order for pick up on the app. When I went in to pick up the food. The staff member told another customer that they only had chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets, no burgers. I asked the staff about my order I placed for pickup. Their only reply was that they had no burgers and could not make my order. My order included French fries and onion rings along with burgers. I expressed my concern as my credit card had already been charged. They assured me that I would be refunded as they did not accept the order. I have still not been refunded two days later. On top of there issues of having no burgers, the restaurant was dirty. I used the bathroom and they were filthy, multiple stalls had no toilet paper, toilets did not flush and they look like they had not been cleaned in a long time. After being in the restaurant and seeing how dirty it was, I am probably better off not eat food from there. I work in a restaurant and am appalled by the attitude of staff and the overall experience.
