Traveling back to NY we stopped here for food. I'll just say it was a wasted stop. This Wendy's is disgusting! The workers are packing food with no gloves on and are very unprofessional. The floor is slippery, the bathroom was not clean, tissue on the floor, sink rimmed with grime. Yes I know it's a fast food place but that's no excuse! Management needs to do their job! Don't eat here! We walked in and walked out.

I have never been to a fast food place that had absolutely NO drinks or ice. Machines were working but for some reason no drinks. However they didn't mind taking your money for a combo meal before they then let you go to the machine to find out for yourself. And when asked I was told oh yeah we don't have any drinks but lemonade. Never offered a refund or anything. Very poor business. Not going back.........EVER.

I ordered a fish sandwich and french fries. I could barely manage two bites of the sandwich and three fries before I spit the food out and threw the rest away. There was a strong heavy oil taste, suggesting that the oil was not fresh. I would not recommend Wendy's to anyone. Management needs to start from scratch.

Food = standard to substandard. I didn't get everything I ordered the first time. Other customers were at the counter complaining about wait time for mobile orders - 15+ min. Cleanliness = extremely poor to NONE! The floor was slippery everywhere! Drink station had standing water on the floor and tracking all over the restaurant. Only 3-4 tables looked clean enough to sit at, and the ones that looked unused had a film/residue on them. Like the surface was cleaned with a dirty rag. The bathroom was extremely disgusting. Standing water again all over the floor and towel machine was out of commission with the paper towel roll sitting in it for use. I will not go back there again.
