Been using TPI for 11 years first for my old business and now my new one. With Frys no longer around, TPI is more important than ever to meet our PC Building needs for our customers.

Ok. You guys know when you first read a google commentary board, you tend to focus subliminally on the bad reviews rather than the good? Yes? No? That was the case for me. While San Francisco Computer Repairs had a majority of good ratings and a spot on record, I WAS STILL CONCERNED! Because unlike perhaps many of you, I was afraid I would end up to be like the sparse among the many satisfactory customers writing for this board-unsatisfied. Nobody knows why but sometimes people just seem to get the short end of some stick no matter where they go. Well...I am here to clarify that at "Technology Partners Inc.", that short end does not exist. They are as professional as it gets, lady and gents. Though of course nobody has to take my word for it... But as you all know, I am at home right now, writing this Yelp commentary ON MY COMPLETELY FIXED CUSTOM DESKTOP!!!! SAY WHATTTT??? So for people like me, trust Technology Partners Inc. because they are for the job!

They're really nice people, I'll be bringing my PC there in case from now on.

They've always made everything perfect for me. When I need supplies and parts this is the first place I look. To get a computer built I just have them do it.

TPI does great work!!!
They might. But if youbbiybit there they will.
If it was dropped hard and it doesn't turn on anymore, then there may be broken or loosen components inside. It really depends on the real issue. If the motherboard is damaged, ususally it's not worth to fix. If it's just a loose hard drive then it's an easy fix. We have to look at it to determine the issue. Our technicians are currently really busy, we may not be able to look at it till the end of the week though. Thanks!
Yes they do sell some parts I believe, but otherwise they would just order it like you can do for yourself if you know what you need. I would use them more for repair, builds, or recommendations.
Yes, the Razer Blade 15 is relatively easy to upgrade. Sure, we can do that.
We have to look at the system to determine the issue.
Hi Jayleen, The most obvious solution is to replace the keyboard. The replacement keyboard itself is $65. Since it's a gaming laptop, it doesn't take quite some time to dis-assemble the unit, replace the keyboard and re-assemble the unit. My estimate is about 1 to 1.5 hour. Our hourly rate is $65. I hope this help. Thanks!
Yes, it is fixable but it could be a few different issues. For example, display driver got corrupted during the update process, or even the operating system got corrupted. Our technician will need to do a diagnostic to determine the issue. But it is definitely fixable. Please let us know if you like us to take care of it for you. Thank you for the opportunity. Our office opens at 8:00 AM.
Yes, I assume it’s a gaming PC. If it is, we charge $65 to assemble, install OS, drivers, testing and burn in. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Yes, we buy parts from manufacturers
