I would call your service representative and or your sales representative and see what their thoughts and suggestions are.
Lexas of Roseville has an excellent service department and a great fleet of loaner cars. Its cheaper however to go through your auto insurance for the extended warranty than the dealer. I would price both for comparison.
5000 miles or 6 months whichever comes first. You can check in the maintenance manual.
