I am saying this with pure sincerity. I really am. When someone’s pays for services, they expect to pay for what they asked for, not for what they can settle for. That is typical customer service. It’s not my fault when more than one nail breaks and I am not trying to give anyone a hard time. I’m tired of the looks, and the attitude and the gossip talk. Honestly, you guys make it more difficult than it has to be and I have no idea why. Maybe try being more understanding. It feels horrible when I feel like my money is going to waste. I think everyone would agree if your face was slightly burned with the wax, you would understand my reaction and if your nail is broken or not done properly and you paid for that, you would be upset too. And yes I came back because I thought if my moms nails look great and last long, I should give them another chance but I was wrong unfortunately. It hurts not gonna lie. The dip powder nails that I paid for unfortunately are not going to last not even a week and I tipped. Update: the nails that were done on a Wednesday didn’t even make it to Sunday.

They did me so wrong and they left my best friend hanging for 30 minutes waiting while her nails were wet. They passed me around nail tech to nail tech. There was an older woman with lazy eye cackling at our nails. What I wanted from what I got was totally different

This is a nice place and the prices are reasonable but I have been going there for about 2 to 3 months Every other week paying $75 not including tips for gel polish refill for my nails and pedicure with gel polish and I noticed the next day there was some kind bubbling and the nails would chip where it bubbled right after that but I didn’t say anything the first 2 times I Iooked it up and found it could be old polish but I wasn’t sure because my toe nails remain perfect every time so I called Don to make another appointment it had only been a week since my nails were done I explained what was happening with my nails not wanting a refund but for him to know I was having an issue with his service I made the appointment last Thursday and paid the next day Friday same bubbling with chipping to follow i know what it is he’s in such a rush my hand nails are not drying properly. I am very patient with him I make my appointments with him directly so he knows I’m coming but he choose to take his lunch during my appointment and I don’t mind waiting never complain but I can’t keep giving away my money if you go to Don and get the gel polish make sure he takes his time as for me I going somewhere else

I used to think this place was good but they are horrible the man was way too pricey for what he gave me when he did not even give me what i wanted, he was also very rude, and on top of that later in the night my nails started hurting horribly and I have no idea why and it was not just one nail it was literally all NEVER AGAIN will i go back, my nails are in horrible pain right now
