Was scheduled for a new patient appointment so I took half a day off work. When I got to the office I was informed that there had been a change in the schedule and that the doctor was not going to be able to see me. They told me I could see another doctor for a televisit but I wouldn’t be able to see that doctor for 44 min after my original appointment. The office manager and other doctors would not do anything to rectify the fact I took off work and drove all the way to the office for nothing. Did not stick around for the visit and will mot be going back.

I needed help with my prescription that I was having trouble finding & I left a message for my doctor with a very nice C/S rep~ The following work day(after the weekend) that nice girl called me back to see if I had my RX and to see if I needed anything else~NO ONE does that anymore! That girls name was Nicole~ I want to thank her for the exceptional service she provided to me!!!!

I've been seeing the same doctor for 18+ years while while he had his own practice. Without my deductible being met, each visit cost me $54. Now that my doctor has joined Sahara Behavioral Health, the same 15 minute visit is now $114, without my deductible being met. This is nothing but patient price gouging by Sahara Behavioral Health... Prove me wrong!

Will in some cases because there only one or two drs there could have been a Emergency with another patient I have had to wait a long time after my appointment but have also been the one in the position where had to have an emergency appointment and I had take somebody else's time away from them and make their appointment late but if it weren't for that doctor seeing me that day I don't know that I'd still be here so this place is not a joke they dont mess around with Addicks and they take these time with people
