Physician assistant, Nunez didn't keep her word and send over the other prescription to my pharmacy as promise. I didn't appreciate her notes about blowing my nose hard! I'm sick with a severe sinus and cough and what am I suppose to do if I need to blow my nose. It's like every comment in the summary notes nick picks your personality instead of sticking to the facts of the patients health. If your going to swab a patient for covid then your office should follow through and complete the test to rule out any virus to ensure I had a sinus cold vs. COVID. This office doesn't throughly ensure your illness but treats you like a guinea pig. It's a place to get fast treatment but the staff do not keep their word and send medicine over to your pharmacy such as nose spray, sinus medication, etc. It doesn't cost them anything to send it over since my insurance pays for it. I notice the comments and treatment are very judgemental and steps away from truly treating the patient.
