Everyone is human and have good and bad days. Keep that in mind when judging and reviewing your interactions with people. If I had judge this place off the bad reviews I would have missed my blessing. Yes, sometimes you have to wait hours even if you have an appointment I waited 4. Why? Because the amazing ladies at the front are not just receptionist. I sat there and watched the ladies answer patients questions, then answer phone calls, then fill out their own forms, then get up and put on their ultrasound tech hat, then take that hat off and put on the Dr assistant hat, then take that hat off and put on the hat that take vitals and samples, and surgery hat etc. These woman are not going into to work thinking how can they make you sit in the office for hours. An just so you know these same women are on call 24hrs to answer your questions after you receive treatment. The Ultrasound tech has a firm spirit but, oh so kind and it is absolutely necessary because when you are going through something that sends you to this place you may need that firm spirit to push you to do what will save your life. Remember they have lives and things that they are going through and working at this place as women may have an effect on them as well. So, if you read this and are deciding whether to go here for help. Go...and even though you are in a mental state of pain be kind and understanding to the astounding women behind that front desk.

If I could give this place a zero I would please do not go here my experience was detrimental everything was going great until the doctor walked in the room to start the procedure she asked my question about my next day appointment we worked out the schedule then all of a sudden the manager comes in stating they can not serve me without any explanation I was in complete shocked when I asked what the problem was they refused to talk to me and rushed me out the building i was completely confused and felt very violated they had no reason to refuse me service at 16 weeks

My expierence with this clinic couldn't go any better. I got Asked if I wanted to look at the ultrasound and when I declined they obeyed my wishes and turned the Screen. I had a dr come to me at my appointment to explain everything that was gonna happen and told me everything she needed to tell me Legally. But was also human enough to have compassion to tell me if I wanted to do this, that it was ok and 100% my decision. I've been very open about my choices and have recommended so many girls to this clinic since then❤
