Edit: in addition to Alec really showing up for me, as I had been waiting months for the settlement to be completed, his teammate and the Head accountant at their offices, Yaris Barrera were able to get my settlement to me two weeks ahead of schedule! I have been going under a lot of financial changes and hardships and when I called to ask for help, they really went above and beyond! I could not be more grateful for their help!! ❤️❤️ I had been working with an entirely different team at Rafi which had disappointed me. The communication was scarce, the process seemed to be prolonged moreso than needed, and I honestly was at my wits end after having been told it would be a 6 months process (Dec to May) and not hearing anything until July. Alec and his team took over my cases and it was a complete turn around! I got responses within a business day once he and his team came in, he fought to get me the fairest settlement for both my claims and was kind enough to make courtesy calls whenever they were needed.
