Randall was wonderful to work with. We weren’t sure which breed we wanted for sure, so he met with us and let us meet all of the breeds of puppies that we were interested in. After seeing and playing with the Shihpoo puppies, there was no turning back. We found Ranger, (Ricky) and fell in love. Randall was so patient with us and answered all of our questions. (We had lots of questions!!) I’ve already recommended Windy Acres to so many of my friends, and will continue to do so!

We picked up our Cavalier puppy 1 week ago, and she is absolutely perfect. While it may be the breed, our dog is not afraid of anyone, highly social, and well behaved. I could only attribute it to the care she was in from birth through our pickup date. You can tell the dog was also in good care as she did not have the usual "breeder smell" you might get from other places that require a bath as soon as you pick them up. Even though I have not been to that many breeders, where our puppy was staying was extremely clean, spacious and was a positive environment for puppies to grow. While I never got the pleasure of meeting Randell or Laura (bad timing on our 2 visits), they were extremely responsive to our emails and calls, and even held onto our puppy for an extra 3 weeks for us. The staff we did interact with was friendly, knowledgable, and also responsive. We received all documentation, the puppy was already micro chipped and we received a starter kit with toys/brush/food/etc... An excellent experience overall and a phenomenal, well taken care of puppy as well. Would highly recommend. I am sure anyone who is interested in adopting a puppy from Windy Acres will have the same experience I did.
