We can’t say enough about Lois and the experience we had with her from start until we picked up our precious Bella an English Cream Doxie. After visiting Louie’s Dachshunds and selecting our precious girl it was a wonderful experience. It was apparent that Lois takes great pride in raising and caring for her beloved Dachshunds. Our sweet girl was already trained which really amazed us as she was 8 weeks old when we picked her up. I highly recommend Louie’s Dachshunds as they are a breeder that you will highly satisfied with. We have already had so many compliments on our puppy and some inquiring where we bought her.

Lois was an absolute dream to work with, during our search to bring home our four legged furry friend. We were working to try and deliver the Christmas surprise of our kids dreams, and Lois pulled through with the cutest little Black and Tan short hair daucshaund you ever saw! She shared pictures as he grew from 1wk, through the week we were coming to pick him up. She was always available for questions, and had him ready to go with all the details and paperwork of his first 8wks of life when we picked him up. She even helped us get hooked up with an auto ship dog food schedule, so we can set it and forget it, and know we're feeding our pup healthy kibble! It's been a fabulous transition, and our pups demeanor is a perfect fit for the family. Thank you Lois for ALL your helping making our puppy dreams come true!!

Lois was wonderful to work with! I called her multiple times before I was in a position to FINALLY be able to bring a puppy home. I had been renting a home that didn’t allow pets. It took me 3 years before I found a house and could get a puppy from her. During those 3 years, I called her several times and told her I wasn’t able to take a puppy home yet but wanted to purchase one from her in the future. She was always kind, understanding and hospitable. She answered all my questions about the breed and her specific dogs temperaments. Sometimes it did take a few days for her to respond to an email or call but she also had 5 litters at that time. She always made sure I was happy with the puppy I chose. She sent several pictures before I arrived. She also worked with me when I decided I wanted a different puppy in the litter. Her dogs have the best temperament! Our little girl is doing amazing at potty training, she lets me know when she has to go outside. She does fantastic with my 4 and 2 year old. She cuddled with my children the entire 6 hour ride back to our home without whimpering. She doesn’t jump, nip or act scared when handled by my children or anyone else for that matter. Everyone who meets her, falls in love with her sweet personality. I am so glad I purchased my puppy from Lois! If I ever get the chance to buy another dachshund it will be from Louie’s Dachshunds! Update: We’ve had cricket for about 3 months and she is wonderful! She is so snuggly and loves to play. I couldn’t have picked a better fit for our family.

The whole process from beginning to end with Lois was great. My little cream colored miniature doxie is the most sweetest, healthy, well cared for baby. I received updates and pictures and she answered any questions I had with love and care. I arranged to meet half way and pick up my little angel and was thankful that Marty was there with open arms with a beautiful, bright eyed, perfect puppy. I received numerous follow up phone calls from Lois and Marty checking in on my "Abbigail". I plan on growing my doxie family and would not seek any other breeder but Lois.
