I went on KBB and received an Instant cash offer for my truck. With in minutes ,the Car spot texted me and I made an appointment for the next day. While waiting I read all the reviews and I was impressed. This was the best experience I have ever had at any Car lot used or new dealership.Cory and Ashley were wonderful.. I was very pleased with the offer and it was a comfortable experience. My truck was financed so I had to wait for the truck to be paid off before I received a check for the remainder, but it was only a few days. When I went in to get my check I met Sheri who is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Go see them, all the reviews are true. And they are THAT nice.

Car spot is proof that buying a car doesn’t have to be high pressure and frustrating. My wife and I were searching for a gently used car with good mileage and a specific trim. We found a 2019 Honda CRV EXL online at Car Spot and I gave them a call. I had a price in mind and so I told them my bottom dollar and they said it’d be $1,000 more than that. I said thanks so much and hung up. Later that day I got a call from the owner personally and he took $500 off the difference, I explained that I wasn’t budging from my price and he said he’d come down if we come get it this weekend, I told him he had a deal. We took the 2hr drive to Melbourne, Florida and as soon as we got there they let us take it for a test drive. We decided we did want it and it only took 30 or so minutes to cross all the Ts and dot all the I’s and the car was ours! The staff here are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I’m not kidding when I say this was easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Next time I’m in the market for a car I’m going to make sure that I can buy it from Car Spot!

RANDY WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR CLEANING A CAR. YOU PAID LESS THAN ASKING PRICE AFTER MAKING SEVERAL OFFERS ON THE VEHICLE, AND FINALY SETTLING FOR THE NUMBER ($2000 LESS THAN ADDVERTISED PRICE) THAT YOU HAD MOM WRITE A CHECK FOR. THIS NUMBER WAS DISCUSSED AND DISCLOSED SEVERAL TIMES PRIOR TO PURCHASE. AS I TOLD YOU WHEN YOU CALLED YOUR TITLE IS CREATED BY THE STATE, AND HELS ELECTRONIC UNLESS A PAPER IS REQUESTED. YOU ACTUALY SHOWED UP TO CHECK ON YOUR REGISTRATION 5 MINUTES AFTER IT HAD GOTTEN BACK FROM THE DMV, THIS IS WHY IF YOU REMEMBER YOU HAD TO WAIT FOR THE REFUND CHECK TO BE CUT.
