I do not agree with the previous „review“. It is shameful that someone can hide behind a fictitious name and bash a business and or employee on the internet for obvious personal reasons. We have been dealing with Bob Krause and PWP for 12 years and have nothing but good things to say. His willingness to work with a customer, his helpfulness and expertise has yet to be matched by another company/branch manager. He has always gone above and beyond for us and our company and we know many others that would say the same. The store site is organized and clean. We can only recommend PWP and Bob Krause has always done a fantastic job for us.

He was extremely knowledgeable about his products. I was able to order the heater and had it delivered in a timely manner.
