Great place to bring your pet. Reasonably priced. does a lot of things without charging a office visit (Nails, shots, prescribing flea meds). My only complaint is they tend to only carry the wet food of the brand they prescribed which mine only eat dry but I can call and have them order it to pick it up if needed

It seems like it's all about the money and not about the tender love and care that we as customers expect for our beloved pets. Speaking of the money, it is also outrageously expensive. You're better off finding another animal hospital that will give you as a customer the satisfaction that you deserve the tender, loving care that your Fur babies need and your wallet won't be completely consumed in the process.I would give zero stars if allowed. Lastly, be prepared for a long, long wait and the doctor we saw was 3 minutes at most in and out for $395 dollars. Very quick and he was extremely abrasive and abrupt. No thank you never again.

Dr Alek and the staff at Kittrell Animal Hospital helped us when our dog, Edward was bitten by a Copperhead this afternoon. Can’t thank them enough - we called several ER’s that were backed up for hours. Dr. Alek helped our boy feel better quickly and calmly. We recommend them without hesitation.
