Administered the wrong meds to my dog, told me to follow up. When I did follow up to say he was declining, they told me the doctor I saw no longer worked there (three days later) and they couldn’t help us. Ended up in the ER with my dog for 6 hours. Rude staff, unhelpful doctor. Nothing like it used to be under new ownership. Don’t bring your pets here, especially if they are critically ill.

Beacon Veterinary Associates was just wonderful. Since we could not actual go in with our cat, the staff was very responsive to my wife's concerns and took really great care of our cat, Candy. We are new to the this vet, but it's so convenient in town and they called us when Candy was done. his beats sitting in the waiting room. Their treatment plan for Candy is clear and makes sense, we would recommend them to any pet parents!
