I've been to a lot of various universities, gyms, YMCA's in my tenure of physical training, however, none of them compare to iron physique gym on the Northside of la crosse. I typically don't do this, but when the manager came to me to ask what type of equipment I wanted order in replacement of the broken piece, I knew I had to let the public know. Iron physique staff members, managers, and owners care about their customers and look to ensure a positive experience. I recommend this facility above all other local gyms. Give it a try!

This place is like home. I feel extremely comfortable there. Plus, the atmosphere is incredibly motivating. I get so excited to work out! The staff is wonderful and the people there are so nice and understanding! I highly recommend this gym for anyone that wants to become a BA and have a great experience at the gym. 10/10💪

-This gym is WAAY too hot..they hardly run the A/C...instead they have 10 fans on just blowing around hot air..I’m all for sweating but this is just so uncomfortable..couldn’t even focus on my workout. -People bring their dogs into the gym and they sit there and bark..absolutely ridiculous...a GYM is NOT a place for your dog...go to the damn dog park. -I like the equipment, but I can’t believe the gym owners run it like this...plenty of other local gyms with proper A/C and rules/regulations in place to keep their customers happy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Whenever I'm out of town I look for a place to lift. Through the years I've found some decent places. Some have great free weights and equipment. Some have a variety of cool cardio equipment. Some have had the "Gym" atmosphere I look for, meaning it sounds like a gym with weights hitting and lifters pushing out those extra few reps. This is the FIRST place I've been to that has IT ALL! You walk in and you know your in a place where they appreciate the work and effort that go into building real muscle. I have never seen as large a variety of equipment! I've been lifting for 32 years and have a BS in exercise physiology and I have seen equipment here I've never seen before!! Do yourself a HUGE favor come here to workout!! If you're from the area, love to workout and don't come here you're making a big mistake. If you're from out of town and need a place to workout look NO further!!! This place has it all!!
