If I could give no stars I would. I was hoping for a better experience since this was a small practice, but boy was I wrong. From the beginning until now it has been unreal. I'm not sure if it's just him in the Lexington office, but the scheduling on the day I went was horrible. There was no "personal" time to make sure your contacts were right and I felt very rushed. Let's just skip to a month or so later. After having issues with my contacts I call the office and explain my problems. Get a call back blah blah blah. You need this and we will get it for you. I'm on week 3 of not having what I'm supposed to have and no call on what's going on. I will not go back next year.
