The desk person was rude and did not know what was going on. We had pre-arranged drop off of our vehicle for front window replacement. Our drop off was scheduled for 9am and instructions provided was to leave our kays in drop off. We did just that. Later we get a call thinking they were done just to her the desk peraon ask us when we were dropping off our vehicle. When we told them it was there and we followed instructions (also add there are very few parking spots in their lot which our vehicle was located outside their frontdoor) to leave keys in drop off the desk person says "oh i did not look there." There were several other rude situations via phone and in office which need to improve. Not a good customer service place of business.

Calling them would be good or even stopping in would be good. They will be happy to answer ur questions. I found them very helpful when we had questions.
You will still need to pay your deductible. If a service provider is caught not charging the deductible they could lose the ability to do work for the insurance company.
