I am exempt from the emissions inspection and this location charged me full-price of over $42 for it. I was charged for an inspection that they didn't even perform. I can understand maybe half that cost for the sticker and whatever, but full-price was a rip off. If you're exempt from the emissions inspection, don't go there.
