I’ve been dealing with some rough problems at the dealership thanks to the sales people being unprofessional but the reason I’m still giving five starts is because of service once I’ve spoke with Frederick he made sure that all my problems gotten taken care of also he made sure to continue to keep me updated alone the way he was very helpful to me in this situation with my car and he made sure my car gotten fixed right away I definitely would tell anyone that needs help when it comes to service to ask him for any advice or help concerning get they car fixed make sure to call for Frederick he is great at his job

I get supply vs. demand but there is really no excuse to mess customers over for $5k. I can hardly wait to see what twisted justification for their greed and deeply unethical dealer markup. I had a great experience on the sales side. Michael Watson was an excellent salesman. He never tried to pressure me into a decision and waited patiently while I made my decision. Pleasantly surprised with my experience and would definitely go back to Michael in the future for a vehicle. I had a less positive experience with finance. I felt a bit rushed and found out a few days after the purchase that I was charged the wrong sales tax. It was very clear from my application and drivers license that I was a DC resident. Despite this, I was charged VA sales tax and had to pay the difference. This added to the overall price of my vehicle and brought me outside of my budget (which I had already gone above to get the vehicle). I was not satisfied with Finance's explanation and the dealerships unwillingness to resolve their own mistake.

Our employees are prohibited from reporting to work without a 14 day self-quarantine if they have traveled outside the United States or to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or if they have taken a cruise.
