We had new windows installed on all of our windows over a year ago and they did a fantastic job installing and follow up when we needed 3 screens replaced. I highly recommend them for their windows, install and pricing. What I don't recommend them for is their promise of a $100 gift card for any referrals. Our neighbors who we referred have had their windows in for over a year now and despite over 10+ calls to their office inquiring about the card and promises to follow up and make sure we get it we are still in the dark. So don't believe them regarding any referral bonuses!!! I have quit recommending them now. Otherwise, when it comes to windows they are great.

My wife and I searched for windows and came upon Best Buy Windows and Siding. We had Ray come out twice and help us determine what was best for us. We signed on January 4, 2022, with Ray telling us that it would be about 4-5 months before our windows and sliding door would come in to install. We got a call in early July that we would have the windows and sliding door installed in mid July. Installers came with all materials and were very good at what they were doing. The installers informed me though the door was too small and 2 of the windows were the wrong ones (frosted vs clear). The installers called the company and reported it. I followed up a day or so later. Was told that they received the information from the installer and would be in contact later on to address the new install of the 2 windows and door. Since mid July I have heard nothing. I have emailed, and called, but have not heard back from anyone. The product is great and has made a difference, but the customer service needs to be addressed. Still waiting for this order to be fulfilled. Hopefully it can be completed quickly, and not more and more months down the line.
