My experience was amazing. From the receptionist to the nurse then the doctor. Everyone was kind and friendly. I was very thankful that they saw me quickly. I was pretty sick with a sinus infection. Most importantly the doctor was very aware of my many allergies to medication. She found the best one for me. I was better in just a few day. Thank you everyone!!!

When the doctor first entered the room I was asked the question “is something actually wrong or do you just need a work note?” In a very snarky tone. This question was asked a total of three times in my visit. Another question that was asked by her was “why did you even come here if you knew we don’t have the tools you need?” First off I didn’t know, and the ER is serious, thats why I went to you first because I didn’t know what was wrong, and if it warranted a ER visit or not. And upon a very concerning claim about possible serious surgery, I cried because I wasn’t expecting that, and again, by your doctor I was met with “why are you crying right now?” I’ve been to you guys two times before and you were very helpful. But because of this I left your establishment in tears. And trust me I will not be back again, and will make sure everyone I know knows about this so they don’t either. A person in such a sensitive position as a doctor, should be more sensitive to people who come in. Just treat your patients with some respect for goodness sake.
