Terrible experience dealing with the people at this store since we adopted our dog. We were told when we adopted our dog that she was heart worm positive. They told us we had to go to the vet and keep up on her medication and have her retested in September, if she was still positive to bring her back and they would cover the treatment cost for her. Awesome, sounds like a plan. So from May to September we have been treating her through our vet for heart worm (have all the receipts from the vet). Got her retested at our vet, still heart worm positive. Called the store, they wanted to verify through their clinic that she was positive, ok cool no big deal. Drive over they tested her, again comes up that she is heart worm positive. After being emailed the results, my wife calls the store, speaks to Dawn, she asks for the paperwork from when we adopted our dog, take pics of the documents send them over and hear nothing. Called the store several times, left messages with employees, we even spoke to managers before sending the documents over and they said it would be covered and now we can’t even get a call back from them. If they don’t want to cover the cost that’s fine, but say that instead of ignoring us and giving us the run around.

Nice employees. Store was dirty. Caged birds were yearning for attention.

Yes you can
Yes, they have puppies for adoption. The money received is for their rescue. Usually the adoption fee is around $500.
Yes they do but they are not always in stock. The staff seemed nice and knowledgeable.

It's never a 1,000 to adopt at Pets Plus. All our puppies are from kill shelters and we rescue them.

Yes
Ya im not sure about neutering but i would think yes bc they have a cat hotel basically so i would say yes but I'm not 100% . good luck! But if ur a low income home there r help for way cheaper prices !! Its called no nonsense neutering ! Check it out!!
Not sure. Sorry
You will have to check the hours
Great Service, had to get their nails done and grind nails. The girls were very gentle with my dogs. They were especially gentle with my dog that was 13 years old.
They have them on their website. Follow the link to the "stray cat blues" page.
Just to give you a heads-up and please don't waste your money you are not allowed to have Turtles at schools because they carry diseases. So a suggestion you might want to get dragons or iguanas for a classroom instead.
The prices are the costs of vet checks, spaying/ neutering shots, vaccinations... there is no funding for the rescues .. it's all out of pocket... please do your research before giving your output on certain situations..
They are rescue dogs from kill shelters.. they all have their paper work and are up to date on everything for the age they are. They most certainly are NOT puppy mill dogs... that's why there are no pure breeds...
