I have been feeling pretty sick for about a month, after not being listened to by my regular doctor, I was getting really worried. I rarely get sick and for me to feel this way for this long was pretty scary. Dr.Kane really made me feel heard, and took the time to try to figure out what’s going on with me. It was really nice to be to listened to and not treated like a number. It’s becoming more and more rare to find a doctor that actually cares about people these days. If he doesn’t have a practice of his own, he needs one. He is awesome! Thank you Dr. Kane for listening to me :) you’re the best.

The receptionist, nurse and doctor were fine. The medical assistant was ignorant. She shouldn't be in the medical field. I was speaking to the receptionist. Out of nowhere, the medical assistant says here's a mask. I laughed at her. I told I have my own mask. I also overheard the nurse telling her to swab me for strep, and the nurse said are you uncomfortable or just don't know how. Find another profession. I won't go there, again.

Really Don’t understand why for the low rating for this place .. it’s really by my house and I have used it several times . They’re always so nice to my daughter and the two doctors and the nurses I’ve seen are very nice and very professional .
