This place is a dump!!!! Please think twice before you consider bringing your family to this facility. I wouldn't let them care for my dogs. Residents would have to sit in their urine and feces for hours & would have to wait days to get bathed. That's if the lazy CNA's would do it. Some staff are good while others are subpar at best. The Administrator and DON are jokes and could care less about the residents. This facility was formally known as Greenleaf. It's going to take more than a coat of paint to fix the black mold in there. Beware and be careful!!! I have notified the state by the way. Don't worry!
