Their service tech, Joe, is amazing! Joe always goes above and beyond the call of duty! He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what is needed to service/repair our unit. I received a delivery of heating oil today from Dollar Wise Oil. Lou Bendekovits was my delivery driver. I had an issue near my filling pipe and he needed to get into the garage. I am on crutches and he assisted me down the walkway stairs. He provided such superior service. He was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I cannot Thank Lou enough for helping.
