We’ve only been a couple of times but really enjoyed it. The pool seems very clean. McKenzie who works at the check-in desk has been most helpful and courteous.

Well run public pool. Much more intimate pool. Check hours--lifeguard shortages cause rotation of extra day closed per weekly schedule.

My experience was awesome and relaxing. The pool was clean and managed well. Just what I needed. Maybe I should avoid the diving board next time, old age rocks🤘

Membership isn't required.

Does the pool music not disturb local residents? Are there laws how much decibel the sound level is permitted?

Since we have no amplified speakers, the loudest the music ever gets is as loud as a phone. I've never heard a complaint from any of the residents and I am sure Richardson has a decibel level type of law. But to reiterate, the pool does NOT have music playing over it.

Are you guy open today

Unfortunately, Canyon Creek is closed and will be all April. Although I'm not sure exactly when it will be open at the moment, you can always try finding the pool operating dates on the city of Richardson Website. It depends if you live in Richardson. For residents, a season pass (good all summer) is 30$ a person over the age of 3. Additionally, residence get the option to buy a family pass (4 season passes) for 100$. Non-Resident season passes are 40$ per. Daily admission for a resident is 2$, and Non-Resident is $4 (so buying a season pass may or may not be the best option for your situation *Passes bought at Neighborhood pools like Canyon Creek, Terrace, Glenville, or Cottonwood do not include entry to Heights Aquatic Center, but do work between one another.
