Very quiet. Owner exceptionately courteous, polite, and helpful. Super patriot, surprised us with a military discount. Sure wish our plans had called for a longer stay.

Seems beautiful. But poor management, regulations change all the time. Can't count on consistency. Certain dogs such as pitbulls, mastiffs, chow, boxers, German shepards and rotwhilers are not aloud because they are "dangerous". Also Internet and laundry house advertised but poor connection and wash house is dirty or broken. Glad I didn't have to stay but a short while. Would NOT recommend.

Would not recommend this park. Management seemed nice on phone and at first meeting, then quickly changed, of course after accepting money. We had an old camper and discussed that before we moved in. The only thing said was remove the wood from the windows. That was agreed upon. My wife had a close death in the family. We received no condolences at all and promptly told to leave. No refund no nothing. HEARTLESS DON'T MOVE HERE

This is a hidden treasure! Well worth the two or so miles off the beaten path of US 49 for a very friendly, quiet, well kept park. The front half of the park has clear shots for satellite and good Verizon cell service. We'll look here first the next time we're in this area.
