I have always come for vaccines for the adults and for the children of my home, now I had a different experience, I called to make an appointment for the covid vaccine and they told me that I did not take an appointment, to present myself like this and there I would fill out the application and so on. I did it, I went without an appointment and the lady across the street gave me a terrible service, she told me that I did not attend without an appointment, I explained that I had spoken before she told me that since the covid began, they did not attend so I let her know that because they had told me something On the contrary by phone and he told me that any other day he could attend me without an appointment except that they were only in support of suite # 130, which was not their job to vaccinate against the covid.

O stars. The receptionist who answers the phone is rude and obnoxious. She lacks professionalism and kept repeating the same information over and over as if I was incompetent. Please hire nicer staff who don't Hang up on callers from out of state.
